Who We Are Despite our growth, we have maintained our personal, home town touch, veering away from the big city, impersonal corporation managment firm style. The principals in the business, John Acton, President and Karen Jacobs, Vice President, take a personal interest in each account we manage and SERVE Associates is represented by one of these officers at all Association meetings. Andrea Clemens, our Executive Vice President, Customer Satisfaction, provides that personal touch and is the primary contact for Association members. Although we have numerous other individuals in our organization, it is these three that you will work with directly and who will see that your work is done in a timely and professional manner. | ||||
