How flexible is SERVE Associates to tailoring their contract to our needs?

SERVE Associates does not have a "standard" contract. We believe that the Associations should dictate what services they want, and we should design our contract to provide them.


Experience

WHAT ARE OUR QUALIFICATIONS

John Acton began his work career as an Administrative Officer with the Economic Research Service, US Department of Agriciulture. After ten years of federal service, Mr. Acton left the Federal Government and started SERVE Associates. Mr. Acton has served as a faculty instructor with the Community Associations Institute, a human resource officer with the Defense Investigative Service, and for the past 24 years as the President and CEO of SERVE Associates. Karen Jacobs has served as an Executive Assistant for a large labor union prior to joining SERVE Associates. She brings a vast array of Administrative skills and tools to her job, and has provided invaluable advise and assistance to the Associations she has served.
